GrowMyFollowers is operated by GROW MY FOLLOWERS ENTERPRISE, a business registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM No: 202503001917 / 003684513-M).

OUR SERVICES
GrowMyFollowers provides professional social media marketing services to help businesses and individuals grow their online presence. All services are delivered digitally within 3 hours during business hours (9am–12am daily, Malaysia time).

ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are the owner of or have permission to use the social media account provided
  • Your social media account is set to PUBLIC at the time of ordering

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct username, profile or Page link, or post URL
  • Ensuring your account is PUBLIC before and during service delivery
  • Not changing your username after placing an order
  • Not making your account private after placing an order
  • Following the rules of each social media platform for your own account

PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws in Malaysia.

PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

DELIVERY AND AFTER DELIVERY
We will complete the full quantity you ordered. We only add the quantity ordered. After delivery we have no control over any action taken by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform. Because platforms review and clean up accounts more strictly over time, some followers, likes or views may drop after delivery; this is outside our control and is not covered by a refund. We do not guarantee that delivered numbers will remain permanently, and we cannot guarantee how any platform will treat your account. We never ask for your password and never log in to your account.

DISCLAIMER
GrowMyFollowers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Results may vary. We do not guarantee that results will remain permanently.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GrowMyFollowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
