DIGITAL DELIVERY All services are delivered digitally directly to your social media account. No shipping address is required.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME Orders are processed and delivered within 3 hours during business hours:

• Business hours: Everyday 9am – 12am (Malaysia time)
• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS To ensure successful delivery:

• Your social media account must be set to PUBLIC
• The username or post URL provided must be correct and accessible
• Your account must remain active and public throughout the delivery process
